It's the Eve of Christmoose Eve, and we're going to make gingerbread cookies with the Nieceling. Mister Moose has been looking forward to this! So far we have made the dough and had it in the refrigerator for several hours. Now we get to roll it out and cut the various pieces to fit together for our gingerbread display.
