I think Lexi thought Mr. Moose was either very rude or really scared or a predator. Lexi kept saying "Hello" to Mr. Moose and received no reply at all. Lexi has watched enough animal shows to know that he should beware of animals that play possum.
That is so cute, too bad Mr. Moose can't talk.
